Yes, this might even allow for loading a Husk model and make it playable. Or Collector Captains.
Well, I do remember an N7 Destroyer looking at me funny, 'cause I used his Multi-Frags on another character, so I have to say that they do definitely see them.
Yeah, there are a lot of console commands. In Excella's guide in the OP, she has a link to the list of all the console commands, hosted on the old social site.

Yep, they revolve around the same concept, but the new one just has more steps since it requires more apps to work with.

That looks like the SP biotic charge with the way the game slowed down.
I was going to double check the vanilla list of MP powers last night and accidentally fell asleep on the couch instead, but I think the list posted may be the SP powers and not the MP.
MP powers are a little different when putting them into the console. Some don't matter since their values have remained unchanged since the beginning, and so, both MP and SP variant are the same.
I now have an understanding of why fat turians don't have biotic charge.

You can edit the BC values within the Coalesced to make it better at Rank 1. My BC did over 4000N of Force in that one NovaJugg video. Only then can you survive with a dodgeless character using BC.
