With the knowledge that we will be recruiting various groups that you come across, into your organization, some obvious questions are:

1.)Which groups can we recruit

2.)Which groups do you hope we can recruit

3)How will we be able to acquire them

4.)Will we see any visual changes after these groups are added  (ex: If we recruit dalish, will we see dalish troops patrolling your territory or patrolling the Skyhold)

So what is your speculation/hopes for this feature? Personally, im hoping we can recruit the vashoth mercenary group the qunari was part of and chevaliers, that combination will conquer anyone!

I'm kind of hoping I'll be able to bring both Templars and Mages into the inquisition together.

Didn't David Giader said one of the mistakes of ME3 was being able to save both the Quarians and Geth. so we might not be able to save both sides.

I don't know anything about that.  I just think both sides are wrong, and both sides have merit.   Therefore I would like to bring them together.  But just because I want that does not mean I really expect it.

My only gripe with the design is the out of place sleeveless portion around their elbows, no idea why that was considered. But just the idea of having an inner circle of elite warriors is awesome and would be even better if we had choices as to who it consisted of an inner circle of Chevaliers would be frightening

Agreed, making it a black and white decision like DA2 was frustrating, id prefer to induct both but make it a very hard process so it isnt something players just depend on every playthrough.

I'm mainly hoping that Lavellan can bring their clan into the Inquisition... if not them specifically, then any group of Dalish elves would suffice... hopefully more than one.

The Avvar might be interesting too, but I don't know enough about their culture to say whether or not I'd allow them to join.

Having barbarians on your side is never a bad thing.

Well, I wouldn't say "never," since barbarians are uncivilized by definition, but they could be useful as long as they aren't savage.

But uncivilized and savage are the main selling points of barbarians!

Pretty much what you are asking is making this black and white... simple you can't have everything either you pick up safety and stability or mages freedom i rly hope if they will put third option it won't be make peace with them only defeat them both and force them to work with you.

The wardens, specifically from Amaranthine. Could be an interesting way to see some old faces like Oghren, Sigrun or Nathaniel,

Recruiting the Qunari Inquisitor's merc group could be cool.

Considering we probably already have Iron Bull's group...we could make a pretty formidable front-line...hmm...

And how exactly you want to defeat them both, especially when the devs said you will resolve the Templar x Mages earlier in the game? You will have a small army, and want to engage in a three-way war, good luck with that

Simple you want pretty much want destroy conflict that requires sacrifice something for something to bring third option peace pretty much same was did in dalish quest in dao or connor situation.

Pretty much sure they said there will be optional things and you can decide where you want go first not mention you will need reach certain power to get thins done.In fact we already fight with templars and mages as gamplay shows... nothing goes against allying with king or queen and "destroying" both i doubt pretty much at this point fereldens love mages or templars...

That isnt black and white, that term means two sides with opposing principles so having a third or even more options with positives and negative is quite the opposite of "black and white.

When did i say i wanted peace?  Inducting them both into my army doesnt conclude that it would be done peacefully.

No black and white means there is cleary good solution or cleary bad solution this conflict don't have cleary good solution as 1 of 2 options screws 1 side idea of peace pretty much destroys that like it was done in dalish quest.

Im all for third option as long it isn't peace rather than just force both sides to join you if you weren't talking about peace that is fine.

Two sides with opposing ideals is the same as saying "good and bad", i dont see why you would say "No". Here is the definition of "Black and White"-(of a situation or debate) involving clearly defined opposing principles or issues

Why cant we make it peaceful like say I'm a diplomatic inquisitor why would I have to force them instead of using diplomacy. It could be a hard task but at least its an option.

It means clear choice between good and bad so if for example templars were painted as evil and mages as good that would be black and white choice they aren't so it isn't black and white choice... if you want refer to that 1 side see themselves as good and other as evil is quite another matter...
