I hope that romance/kiss she gave Dude/Bro/Male Hawke wont doomed his relationship with Merrill. I wonder if that's an option in the keep?
Is Tallis going to return in Inquisition?

I never finished MoTA to be honest, I simply ran out of steam with DA2 by that point. That being said, I rather liked Tallis, I found her refreshing after stomping around with the other characters for so long. The Mary Sue parts were more comical to me than anything else, and I think my Hawke got that as well. Nonetheless, I don't consider her story arc over until she's taken up Isabela and Hawke's evening offer
Also, I suspect that the longer she would have stayed around Hawke and Isabela, the more they'd break through her plot armor and actually open her eyes up to the real world. Throughout MoTA, Tallis always sounded to me like someone who was over compensating, trying to secure her beliefs when in fact they were slipping badly.
Anyway, it would be nice if she showed up, but I doubt she'll play any part beyond maybe a minor side quest. She'll probably just fade away into canon, not to be brought up again.

Eh I rather liked her her being a qunari does not personally bother me and I helped get her scroll back I called her out on some of the issues on the Qunari but we parted on good terms. My favourite conversation or banter is when she says she does not always get the throwing dagger part right sometImes the handle lands on their nose instead of the pointy end hitting them. When that occurs she pretends like she is mean to do that. XD
If her being a Qunari was an issue my hawke would have no friends considering the shenanigans the companions get up to and their quirks. Personally don't have an issue with her.

Oh my various gods, Felicia Day is a qunari ninja elf? BURN THE HEATHEN!
Well, Talis is not that good ninja. I mean, who on heart would present herself to Prosper wearing an armor on which is carved in a very visible way the Qun insigna?

I actually wouldn't mind seeing Tallis again if ONLY so that we can actually make things "right" with her. Tallis wasn't so bad a character, but simply the complete lack of player agency with the MoTA DLC. I mean here you have a Qunari spy revealed before you and you are not even allowed to act against her.
Imagine if when you met the architect, that you were only given the option to befriend him and give him all that he wanted.
If we would have been allowed to properly deal with Tallis, I don't think she would have ended up so hated.

A quick tidbit about her accent from her wiki page, if it hasn't been said before.
"The character was created before Dragon Age II revealed that Dalish elves have Welsh or Irish accents and City elves usually have the accent of whatever region they live in. It was decided that Tallis should keep her North American accent, making her one of the few non-dwarven characters to do so."
I tend not to like characters who are designed with the voice actor in mind. I know she acted as Tallis before DA2 came out, but looking at Tallis in DA2, all I see and hear is Felicia Day, because it is her. I don't see Tallis or a character from the DA series, I just see a voice actress in a game. Almost like she doesn't belong.

All city elves have American accents. It's weird, but that's the precedent.

I look forward to seeing her (if she shows up). There's too much left in the air about her character. I don't really like the Qunari and my Hawke didn't part on good terms, but Felicia Day's great.

Solas isn't a city elf, or a dalish one for that matter. He spent most of his time in the wilderness.

Admittedly, I know little about VO work, but quite a lot of characters already have a specific VA chosen for the role. This seems more like a reason created to dislike this particular part, as opposed to an actual explanation, IMO.
Personally, I hope the character and Ms Day return to Thedas.

I'd like to see her return. She could be recruited to spy for the Inquisition or something like that. I wonder how she would get along with a Qunari inquisitor?

i wonder what her character model will look like? I wonder will they still make her extraordinarily stacked for a Elf. Assuming all elves use the same 2 models for male and female. Seriously that was one of the first things I noticed about her model, she was bustier than any Elf ever in DA history. Think im kidding, her boobs were bigger than Felicia Days

Most of his time as an adult, yes. He was born and raised in a small village, making him more city elf than Dalish.

I think what I meant by what I said is, not only is her VA Felicia Day, but her character model/appearance is also Felicia Day, rather than a character they've built from scratch. It's something I've never liked in video games for some reason, despite the VA being so good. Perhaps a small nitpick on my part.

She already works for the Qun loyally supposedly unless that changes by the time Inquisition starts, doubt she'll spy for both. Also your inquisitor isn't really a Qunari in her mind, that is to say she doesn't follow the Qun. She'd probably try to convert you after forcing you to like her sexiness with promises of earthly pleasure if you join the Qun.

I hated her. I think a big problem with her character is what BW tends to do with all of their supposedly popular characters. They write them based on the assumption that they are loved before they even appear on screen. Then they season liberally with plot armor and take all power away from the player so you're just stuck watching this "awesome" character instead of actually playing the game. I hope she never returns.

I still have these issues with it, but the plot didn't really have closure.. so I want to see more.
But I admit, I like Felicia Day, even if I don't like the character as much.

Where does the Qun stand on the events in DA:I? Are they just gonna sit back and do nothing? or are they gonna help the Inquisition?
If they do the former then Tallis might go rogue. Tallis doesn't look like the sort of person to ignore something that could potentially destroy Thedas. She was also one of the more 'reasonable' Qun followers we met in DA2.
She could go behind the back of the Qun and slip valuable pieces of info to the Inquisition if the Qun stand neutral.

Perhaps watching DA: Redemption might sway such opinions, as Tallis was portrayed by Felicia Day in that series, too. Tallis was crafted from scratch, and Ms Day portrayed her in all of the incarnations, I believe.

Fond memories of the humorous Hawke's retorts in that expansion. Tallis's chemistry would be fun, if they brought her back with a stronger conflict or motivation.. looking forward to that element in Iron Bull.

I personally found Tallis a lot of fun. Both personality and gameplay wise (cool abilities, would love to use them more). Ending could be more... diverse, I guess, but it is hardly Tallis fault. (And no, i am not Felicia Day fan, never heard of her before MotA.)
Wouldn't mind her return in the future as a full companion and maybe possible LI.

I agree that MoTA should have had more ending options. I wasn't aware that Tallis was unkillable until coming here, since I helped and used the flirt options because I found that story path amusing.
