Wrong forum, but whatev. While we're all chatting eachother up about PC hax, does anyone remember whether there's a workaround for the 100 friends limit in Origin? Seems like I found one somewhere but now google is failing me. I tried the coalesced > maxnumfriends = 100 but that doesn't seem to do anything, and I can't find anything in Origin's xml files. People I play with keep sending me requests and now I'm at 100 with at least one pending.

It may probably be stored at serverside, and I think EA clearly know their hamster-powered servers' limit: even capped at 100 friend slot currently, Origin has constantly failed to load the list or simply stopped working, if anyone has modded it beyond that number, I guess more crazy problems will happen.

I remember seeing a working fix somewhere but I can't find it now.

 

Edit: Here's another frustration - no way to sort list by last time online, to see whice friends haven't been around in a while.

Damn, I wish I knew how! Over these two years, I've probably had a good 300 people that I really wanted to keep in the list - and a fair amount of others I didn't mind deleting. That limit is the single stupidest thing about Origin. And that's saying ****** something...
