So has bioware figured out what the issue is with these two redemption codes going to 100% download but then stopping there and not installing to the game?

Have you tried the "delete manifest.xml" fix? worked for me.

Yes i am having exact same problem! Where is this manifest, what do i do with it? I have Shale 100% downloaded but not on install tab....
