I beat the game like 7 times in the past and I done 15 main quests and
35 side quests which says on masseffectwiki.com to get the achievments
to beat game with a certain squadmate, which I have Tali, but not the
others. Do I HAVE to actually successfully completed the side quests?
Or just needs to be highlighted grey as completed?

I think you're refering to the ally achievements, so look here: http://www.gamefaqs....le/930279/50960 & scroll to "S", or search for "completionist".



You have to complete the MAJORITY of the entire game with each character individually for it to work. I'm on my 5th play through & I'm still working on Liara.

I already answered your question in the other thread you made. 35 side quests is NOT enough. YES you have to do side quests and there are ~60 of them in the game. There is no point to making more threads on the same topic. You may not like the answer but it is what it is.
