With the expansive DAI CC, do you think it would be possible for me to create a attractive male Qunari mage with blonde hair, blue eyes, and nice horns? If there are body/weight sliders that would be nice too since he will be a mage I want him to look tall and thin/average rather than like a bodybuilder.

Blond hair and blue eyes are available to Qunari. Horns I don't know what you like so can't say. There are no body sliders.

I'm sure we'll be able to make any face we can think of. However there aren't any body shape/slider options.

I'm confused on why blond hair and blue eyes means anime... but to answer the OP, yes you will be able to have blond hair and blue eyes for your qunari, but sadly no body sliders.

I like big horns like the kind on a male bull (pointed kinda inward), will there be a variety of horns or ones like antlers?

 

 

They showed the horn options in the twitch stream and a character creation trailer video.

There's quite a nice selection of horns from what we've seen in the CC video, but I think we've only been shown the ones for female qunari so I'm not sure if there's a type like that for males. I do know there's a pretty good chance probably because they seem to have put a good amount of work into horn selection.

At this point I am just concerned about the hair, all I've seen so far is fuzzy/buzzed type of hair for the men and the ponytail for the woman. But I think I read somewhere that all hair options are available for both genders and all races so...

I wish the women had a ponytail. They have: bald, a couple cornrows, and a small mohawk. 

So don't get hopes up on hairstyles for men.

Nope. Just those. And they are on the same slider as the horns so you may get a horn style you like but hate the hair or visa versa.

Well we cant be sure just yet, they might add new hairstyle while is going close to release but the Odds for that happening are extremely low if not Zero.

Sorry, but Cameron Lee posted in that huge qunari hairstyle thread (in the Feedback section) saying that the ones we saw are the ones they are shipping the game with... :/  I don't expect the male hairstyles to look much different from the female ones... mostly cornrows and buzz cuts.

Kinda agree, but my question would be with the title and the subject matter. Are non blond haired blue eyed Qunari male not cute? (partially facetious, partially curious, and totally cautious)
