You have a special snowflake opinion along with a college dissertation-sized critique to go with it and that's wonderful and all but you know what they say about opinions.... Anyway I didn't create him to appease anyone's aesthetic desires but my own, so it matters very little to me if you think he is attractive or not - he looks good to me and I consider it a personal success on my part so really that's all that matters so "no offense" but I don't care.

PS I would have received your response better if it had been along the lines of; "Meh not visually appealing to me but good for you" instead of going on and on and on in an attempt to try and lecture me on how my personal Qunari design is all wrong and how you would have preferred him to look.

I honestly don't expect you to make sense of my post, and I don't expect it to properly clear anything up, but read it if you want to.

I wasn't trying to imply you wanted anyone's gratification. You wanted help with making a cute male qunari, and I was saying that result would have been cute with a better character creator (for qunari).

Maybe I could have written that sentence about you accepting your result better, because it seems like it implied to you that I was trying to make you feel better about the implied bad result, but I wasn't because it was obvious that you didn't need that. I really just wanted to sound less negative than I had already been.

How I would have preferred him to look, is not possible with the way they designed the qunari options. Basically, it's not your fault I think it's bad, it's the CC. When I first saw that horn base in the CC, and I dismissed it as bad, but I didn't exactly like the other ones either.

I wasn't trying to give you a lecture, it's just a bad habit of mine. I don't like it when I make a long post, because it often sounds like I think I'm better than everyone else, which I don't. (I also hate it when I create a new page, ugh.)

Yea see I didn't actually ask for advice or help on creating a Qunari because I already had a design in mind and I just wanted to convey that thought to the board and see what the others thought, this is actually what my OP was if you had read it:

With the expansive DAI CC, do you think it would be possible for me to create a attractive male Qunari mage with blonde hair, blue eyes, and nice horns? If there are body/weight sliders that would be nice too since he will be a mage I want him to look tall and thin/average rather than like a bodybuilder.

I was asking others thought it possible (in their own opinions) to create an attractive Qunari male. You've stated, and in fact overstated your case numerous times and once again have resorted to beating around the bush with some grandiose, self-indulgent essay. You say you meant no offense or whatever despite completely picking apart my character, labeling him basically "ugly" (If you check the post your inquisitor thread Kamal has plenty of likes, so I guess he isn't such a failure after all), and more or less saying that I don't know what i'm doing/or how to create a "proper" Qunari and then you slide this "but it's okay that your Qunari sucks, because it's Bioware's fault not yours", (not your words verbatim but it's how it comes across and how I took it) which really really rubbed me the wrong way if I can be perfectly honest.

You might not like my particular character's looks or style but that's fine because they're MY characters, but don't leap to assume that my character is flawed because of my own presumable incompetence with Qunari aesthetics and the Character Creator, he was planned to look that way. I know MOST Qunari don't look like Kamal, and that's great because that is exactly why I created him so that he would stand out from the crowd. Lastly I don't care what the context of what you're trying to say is, you've said plenty enough to get the point across and I get it (so for Andraste's sake already drop it), I like him as is and your feelings on the matter are irrelevant. End. Of. It.

I've found it is definitely possible to create a conventionally attractive male Qunari (by which I mean, by human standards).

Now, I don't know if he qualifies as 'cute', and he doesn't have blond hair as I just don't like way the blonde hair colors work with the hair textures (with few exceptions). However, it is definitely safe to say that male Qunari can be attractive by human standards using the CC.

. . .

Your Qunari looks like my cousin. . .and with a shorter chin, more angular jaw and a lessen that hawk beak nose and it'd kinda look like a blond, horned, goatee-less me.

--------------

Also the Adam's Apple slider amuses me immensely so I gave my Female Qunari the manliest Adam's Apple possible. . .

. . . Wait.

My guy's hair looks more yellow than blonde, as "blonde" blonde hair can come off looking too metallicy like the purple/jet-black hair. Your guy is definitely attractive and none-the-less Qunari for it, I think humans would turn their heads in his direction too
