My old bioware account has under my old email address, i cancel that email is there a way to transfer that account to this one?

Merging your forum posts can be done by someone here.

Anything else you need to go to EA Support.

In addition, please do not publish your email address out in the open as this attracts undesirable attention from scammers, etc.

Good point, I don't remember seeing those the first time I read this... but yesterday was a blur. I've removed them now.
