a small number in the corner indicating the initial 'live' famerate would be useful, imo. Could be hard-capped, sure. But what's the point in demonstrating 'best PC graphics' in a crappy 30 frames? And with not a hit about what config was it running on.
The answer's in your question. The video's demonstrating PC 'graphics', not performance. It's about the visuals.

There is combat music if you listen. Just not very apparent.
Whats with these "awwww"´s and "owwww"´s here? There is nothing special in that video.
And that bloody shield dude is a obvious ME3 rip off.

And not it really is not. It's a combat idea that's been around for quite some time. It's in ME3, sure, but also in DA2's Legacy DLC, and other non-BioWare games like the Arkham series, and the Uncharted series, to name but a few.
