there is no evidence to indicate he is casual. He has plenty DA:O videos.
He simply did not know, or care to remember, varric or cassandra's name. Perhaps his behavior is charming and is why he gets views?
Will we see speech bubbles or sub titles when our companions speak or will it all be audio?
I can see like a icon light up when a companion speaks in the video. Not like DA O videos that I have seen.
There are little speech symbols that appear next to the portrait of the character speaking.

Normally I love watching gameplay, but that was practically painful to watch. Why don't they give the chance to play to someone who actually knows how to play? Plus some of his commentary made it obvious he know little to nothing about DA.
I believe playing like that can make the game look worse than it is.

I actually appreciate the perspective. Its nice to know there is appeal for this game for people who aren't part of the normal fan base. The player was obviously excited and enjoying the game play. Considering he did not know anything about the characters, or the game mechanics, or the level scaling I think he did fine. And, if you keep that in mind the videos are very informative.
The dragon does look very scary though. I think I will keep all liquids off my desk when i tackle one of these bad boys. I foresee an huge, wall cleaning coffee spill otherwise.

For a 'layman', if you will, I found his commentary on it to be surprisingly good. He certainly shows genuine interest and tries to understand the game for what it is.
I can not find the link for the classes breakdown video that he mentions has anyone else found it please? or does it just not exist yet?

Well sure, but I didn't look at all his videos. I was also referencing the first gameplay video of the Emerald Graves, which was of a YouTuber that primarily plays Counter Strike.

I hope someone fix Cassandra animations after the game is release because it is really bad.
Yeah, same here. First mod I'll ever look into downloading if players find a way to mod the game

e does. He clearly played DA Origins and Dragon Age II, but he doesn'`t seem to have a clue on the LORE.
It's kind of funny how now Solas is in a bunch of videos when a while back we were begging to see him.
Now I wanna see Sera and Dorian again! 
Enjoyed both his videos (And can't wait for the open world/class ones to go up).
Yes he flubs Varric's name and other things but it still looked like fun, and that dragon and giant fight?
Both of those looked AMAZING, I loved how the environment played a role in both of the fights (IE giant picking up the large rocks to throw at you and dragon destroying the cover he tried to hide behind).
I am hoping there are other "big" creatures like this we haven't yet seen or heard about.
I wonder if GamerMD or Ashe got to go to this? I think it woulda been nice to see this kind of hands on from them since they both are fans of DA.
Though I guess the point of this might have been because the people had larger subscriber bases (TB/Boogie woulda been great to see if this wast he case).
It's nice just to see some new gameplay. Only a little over a month to go, can't wait.

According to their Twitters they didn't get that chance. Which is a bummer for both them and the fans but it makes sense that EA wants to bring some gameplay to other audiences.
If insulting other posters and devs isn't allowed on the forum, I don't think insulting youtubers is either.

He was much better to watch than the guy last night. At least this fella has played Skyrim and seems somewhat familiar with what a roleplaying game is.
After watching more of the combat (and the constant deaths) it's gonna be casual setting for me. All day, every day!!! If they had offered a narrative difficulty for DAI, I probably would have tried it out too. Camp spam here I come.
