According to the EA help page... there is no games on demand version for xbox 360. Typically when this is the case... such as with titanfall, wolfenstein, and others we were unable to install the disc on hard drive.... those games also didn't have a digital download.... will I be able to install the discs on xbox 360? Can any devs help?

The lack of digital version on the Xbox 360 has to do with the fact that we are a multiple disc game and how the MS console reacts to that.

 

Disc 1 is the install disc and disc 2 is the Play disc. Dragon Age: Inquisition will have a ~8 Gig required install (essentially the first disc) when you first go to play it.

I was curious about that, thank you.  I am hoping there will be gameplay video of 360/ps3 but I know that will probably not happen.

You'll probably have the option, but if you installed the play disc for GTAV it actually made the game perform worse. You got all kinds of horrible texture issues. Not sure of the technical side of why that happened, but I'm sure a Bioware Dev would be able to say if the same is true of DA:I.

There is no digital download.... 2 discs on 360.... first is install while second disc is the play disc. No word yet if the play disc is installable...

Sorry, not sure about this. I don't have a 360 to test on, but I will see if I can find out. No promises though. These are the End Times.

Such a first world problem... I want to play multiplayer on 360 cause all my friends use 360.... I just don't want to fry my 360....

Honestly, I'll prefer a mandatory install if it means I don't ever have to switch discs while playing.  And I'm not really concerned about the disc space I'll have to set aside because I can delete some of the installed games that I rarely play, if it's necessary.

Sadly EA has confirmed there is no digital download for 360... both wolfenstein the new world order and titanfall do not have a digital downloads either.... and both of those games are mandatory "must play off the disc games"... I hope DAI does not make playing off the 'play disc' mandatory
