Well no offense but the girls just want to have a baby and get kids now are going to also be the ones that are kind of jerks in the end, I was just going off what you said you wanted there.
I don't know any girls at 25 that really wanted kids and weren't under a crazy amount of stress, personally.
If you want a girl that just wants adventures and not to be crazy and a jerk you might have to go searching outside your immediate vicinity/environment, as they are somewhat more rare, IMO.

What's wrong with two manly heterosexual men complementing each other on their thick arms, muscular thighs, chiseled jaws, and firm buttocks? Nope, that's definitely not gay. He's probably just 'mirin you.
You MIGHT have problems with your sexuality if you think you're gay for complimenting a dude. And I mean something that's not excessive. Something simple like, "You look like you're doing good getting in shape" or something.
