How do you set the fog level? There's a toggle on the menu for turning it on and off in toolset, but how do I set how thick it is? Or color even?

It's listed separately in each time period (such as Sunrise, Daytime, Default, etc.) If you allow day/night cycle in the area, you'll need to set the fog for each time. If not, then you only need to set it for Default. You'll need to set the display to that time if you want to see your adjustments, too.

Thank you for so fast! Given how everything else in this toolset is so detailed, I could not believe that fog wouldn't be too. Appreciate such fast answers, thank you.

You can import complete settings for day night cycles and there were some good ones on the old vault, I don't know if they have been ported.
Look at the area properties tab import propertied/environmental/day night cycle/all you can then navigate around.
All the OC ones can be found here in your main folders (I will search out a link later).

Thank you, good to know.
There are so many properties... I spent about 15 minutes making fog so thick you couldn't see anything, and tinting it a bit, then walking around at night, it was so cool.
Then I made some greyish fog, and put flame vfx, and fireplace sounds and some very faint reddish lighting and it was a house fire!
I started to make a foggy swamp with some cabins, but it was missing a much needed looping "kill...kill...kill...kill...kill", lol. (Friday 13th reference, if you don't know).
Thanks all, for the help.

There's this one, which got ported to the new Vault recently. A nice and gloomy village with some swamp. It looks like the color has been partly desaturated, apart from the window illumination--a nice effect.
