I'm on Kasumi's loyalty mission and it's as hard as a nutshell. I'm just wondering if there's an easier way for an insanity infiltrator.

Energy Drain is just amazing for an Infiltrator. Points in ED, TC and Incinerate and you can deal with any protection layer (except barriers, but you have an SMG and Disruptor Ammo for those). Kasumi's mission is hard if you do it early, without having upgrades and some powers.

I thought disrupter ammo only works efficently on SHIELDS, not BARRIERS (at least in ME2). And I guess you're probably right about how hard the mission is, but I'm only working on human squadmates, so I should get her to have 3 powers ASAP.

Tbh my memory of ME2 is a bit wonky. Yes, indeed, I checked it out. Even better, you can borrow Warp Ammo from Jack - another human squadmate But that requires finishing her loyalty mission, meaning you'll have to make do with Miranda's Warp and Zaeed's Concussive Shot for barriers until then.

Kasumi's LM, always the first mission I do. That glorious SMG!

There's no barriers in that mission, so forget about warp ammo. Just play it slow, use Kasumi's overload and shoot the mooks.

Also abuse shadow strike esp with the fast CD evolution. Concentrate on debugging enemies and let kasumi kill with ss.
