As I write this, Wardens Keep is finally downloading. I was also, finally, able to purchase points and subsequently, Wardens Keep.
The Golem and Blood Armor, even though downloaded, didn't appear. After doing as suggested, turning on the automatic updater and refreshing, they too downloaded.
So, to all those who couldn't buy points or download Wardens Keep either, right now might be a good time to try.
