Hi there. I've asked this on the technical forums and have asked EA advisors but I can't get a single clear answer, and they always tell me to refer to the other party. I'm walking in circles over there.

 

My problem is that on my Bioware Social Network account, I saw that my Dragon Age 2, Dragon Age Ultimate Edition were both not registered. So I got my Ultimate Edition case and put in the code, but it said the code was invalid. Yet at the same time it still tells me I can view my character profile (but I can't). I was able to register both Mass Effect games, but not my Dragon Age games. I'm not sure what is going on here. I play on the 360.

I think right now, old BSN is changing everything around again. I saw my player profile is "read only" as of today, so any new characters will not register. I have the feeling no new achievements will register either.

 

Give them a few days to see if anything is fixed by then???. I think the old site is going to be phased out all together

I really hope so. But my problem isn't that, as I already know my DA:O characters cant been seen because of the update.

 

I hope this register problem is similar though

They are really working on the old site. Now my player profile is non existent. Nothing but a white window.

That's normal. They are fixing the old site in order to fix syncing with Dragon Age Keep.
