Hi! I've tried to ask this on Dragon Age Feedback Forum, Technical Forum and help from two EA Advisors but I have had zero luck. I feel like I'm walking in circles here.

 

My problem: I own Dragon Age Ultimate Edition and Dragon Age 2. I've played them both extensively and their DLC. I CANNOT register them on BSN, for some reason. I tried to enter the UPC code for my Ultimate Edition and it said the code was invalid. YET, I can still see the option to view my character profiles for each game. I had no problem registering my Mass Effect games.

 

Why can't I register my Dragon Age games?

You need the CD key, not the UPC code, I believe.  Check your manual for the CD keys.  If your game is on Origin, look at your product code from the game display on Origin.  If the code doesn't work, then you need to file EA support asking for a new CD key.

I'm on Xbox 360, not PC.

Is your Origin account linked to your Xbox Live account?

 

When you fire up the game on Xbox, do you get to login via your Origin account?

 

Your BSN account and Origin account and your Xbox Live account need to be linked and that can only be done in-game, I think.

Yes. When I play my 360 Origins, it signs me into the servers automatically and it says it uploads my character to BSN. I linked it back when I played the game earlier this year.

 

Obviously I cannot check this on Bioware Social Network because the bloody service won't let me register the game or won't show me.

 

But my Origin account on account.origin.com says it has my PSN and Xbox accounts linked.

And check the Origin Account Association section to see if BSN can see your account links?  While you're at it, check the page and see if DA:O appears on your registered content.

I was just recently having the same problem for my Xbox 360 copy of Dragon Age: Ultimate Edition. Typing in the UPC on the back of the case didn't work however the UPC on the back of the Instruction Manual did work.
