Hm, who, PC's aside, could fit that bill... Alistair maybe, though he's far from my favorite character. Aveline? Honestly, aside from those two, most of the previous game's companions are criminals, degenerates, and/or disillusioned outcasts pulled along in the PC's heroic wake.

I don't think I would have beaten DA:O without the flawless tracking, BAMF MO FO that found my group against all odds and sold me the best of the best, doesn't give a **** that I found him in the middle of darkest of the horde upon my map....
