Aren't you guys a little old to be still watching anime?
You're on a Forum website for video games. That question makes no sense...

Haha oops! I'm on my phone and I guess it didn't load. That's in the OP!
On topic, I know there are some really lovely instrumental pieces from some anime, like Bleach, Naruto, or Escaflowne (What? I'm old, remember?
).
Holy crap, talk about a sudden nostalgia trip. Tree of Hearts and The Hurt used to be staples in my playlists back in the day. Among others I'm sure, but those two ujust immediately sprang to mind. Yoko Kanno is great.
But...not for Dragon Age.
Oh nevermind misread...3AM I should go to bed
*passes out*
I don't watch anime, I don't even know why I'm responding to this thread.
Anime?
I'd rather chop off my own arm with a rusty chisel.
That may supply an answer
None! Anime has invaded my DA experience enough with the DA2 combat and art style (and sad looks like that trend is still with DAI).... ![]()
This is from Bible Black OST - Track 1And the symphoninc version sounds a bit betterSpoilerFor me, the BB's sountrack is far better than DA:O and DA2 soundtracks.
I thoughts songs were supposed to get to the hook within 30 sec? I kid.
How about some Hishaishi?
How about some Hishaishi?
Great stuff!
Here's one that focusses on storytelling:
This is basically the book of Moby Dick in the form of song. At least listen to the first and last songs.
Does the ending counts?
i myself, don't think it's a good idea to do this on the first playthrough, but in case of starting a second run or getting bored of the ost after a while would consider to listen
these two are the first to come in my mind but there are more
You're right, this is a terrible idea.
This one should be the built-in combat music.
Does the ending counts?
I'm not judging anyone.
I want them to reuse Dragon Age Origins soundtrack for some of the scenes!!! So far DAI lack a good background music from all the game play so far.

Never too old for anime.
I'm nearly 60. Love video games & anime. Some of the themes they deal with (both anime and gaming) can be amazing while filled with great music, deep characters and wonderful art.
I introduced my grandchildren to anime and gaming. ![]()
My inner child would have me listen to this.
Because reasons. Here's a couple of them:

These reasons...will forever make me assign a Sailor Senshi identity to every Dragon Age game I play.
The other reasons can be found here.

When I'm bore with in-game music, I'll listen to this. It's not anime music, but it makes me feel so heroic when I solo stuff in SWTOR.
The music is going to be awesome in this. I doubt I'd ever listen to something over it. But, if I was going to, I'd probably listen to Trinity Blood's OST song called "Resolution."
Only thing I wanna hear is the Original Theme cose it's BADASSSSSS!

Doesn't the opening of this sound Lord of the Rings-ish? Like the song that Pippin sings?
Sounds great!
