Well I guess the main con would be, if this is a job you'll both be doing for a long time, and things don't go so well and you break up. It's going to make working together awkward.
Getting charged with sexual harassment, and then getting fired.
This is also something that could happen.
Pros are about the same as dating any other woman.

83% of the time it will not work out one bit.there are exceptions sometimes, but usually it ends up badly.take my job for example out of the four couples.only one has stayed true.through thick and thin.the others two had to get fired,one quit and the other still works.

how do i feel? i feel great, 8 years of marriage.
and you will be fine if you would keep your personal stuff outside your workplace.
(however from personal experience, there were some issues later on, because we had nothing to talk about, because we were near each other during the day, which also includes co workers, people around us and some other social factors. basically neither of us had personal space.)
