I have no where else to turn. Here's my story:

 

My brother is a ******. He switched out carrier to T-Mobile. We HAD AT&T.

 

Now, I can't send or get pics. Customer service said to update it, since I have t-mobile it doesn't auto-update (since the phone is AT&T built (I already unlocked it)) so I had to manually update it...the problem is my phone is verison

Again, I have HTC One M8.

 

The problem is the HTC site has NOTHING, they only have the release update. Now, I lost EVERYTHING.

 

At anyrate, I am desperatly trying to update my phone, to no avail. I tried to put in the old sim card and update, but since we dont have AT&T anymore it doesnt go.

 

So, short of beating the **** out of my fat brother and rolling him down a hill, what are my options? Am I looking for an obvious update site? The only updates I can find are the initial one...which is strange.

 

ANYWAY HELP ME PLEASE!
