I found some people on BSN and I can't see them on the new forum. Does anyone know why they may be on one but not the other? Searching for them on the new forum leads to an error page.
I can’t add friends from the legacy site, and some are not on the new one. Is this just an in progress issue?
Some members are exclusively on BSN or the new forum, why?

Only members that had posts were converted to these forums. And, as Fidite Nemini said, they could have changed their display name.
