Best gameplay video by a player done so far for those interested!
Thats better.
It's actually fun to watch him, because he lets the character do their thing in the close cam, making the rogue something I want to play instead of switching characters rapidly and pressing jump a lot.
Interesting. The only thing I found sad is the fact you can equip other weapons than bianca for Varric. (Even it seems he may have double dagger style).
He certanly got better at playing the game. I liked how he used Varric to snipe an enemy from inside an window. That was clever!
Ugh, I don't think I will ever get over this dysfunctional health system.

Does he have double Bianca style?
Also health not automatically regenerating makes me not want to buy the game or play it. I hate finite nonregenerating health in a dungeon crawler. If you are going to keep throwing mobs at me, then you are are required to make my health automatically regenerate at a rate I will find acceptable.
And the amount of damage the player was dealing to the mobs was just too small. This is definitely going to be a game I will need to mod before I can really have fun.
Ooo. I've been having a hard time watching previews for the game because I'd quickly grow bored of watching people just walking around and attacking things, but I can definitely sit through 48 minutes of Jesse Cox commentary.
Easily the best gameplay and presentation so far. I really enjoyed that one.
Looking at that video, the game looks pretty damn fun. Can't wait to rip in.
Pleased it's spoiler free as well. Definitely prefer to experience the story while playing instead of a month or so before hand.
First playthrough will definitely be normal mode to learn the mechanics and play with character builds etc. then the second time through, test that knowledge in nightmare mode.

From what I read in the forum, you wont be able to mod this game because of the Frostbite 3
That could be fun if you can have more than 8 health potions. In the second opus, I never had less than about 10-15.

Different = dysfunctional now, folks.

You can equip Varric with Daggers but not any other bow. Bianca can't be removed from his person either. I think it was so you could use varric even if you wanted to be an archer. I'm not too bothered, I just hope Bianca can be upgraded...
Now this showed some nice exploration
Thanks for this video, great presentation and good explanations.
It was very interesting
