24". I've had it for 7 years.

The move from 24" to 30" is akin to your first experience with boobies.

Question.  The article mentioned their hands-on content, but I did not see anything on the pc specific menu's, level-up, tactics, abilities and inventory screens.  Nor was there any footage of these in the video.

Are there any plans to show these specific screens via stills or footage along with this PC news?

There's a KB&M Twitch stream on Monday, so hopefully you can get your red meat then at least. ;)

It's now or never. I got myself an brand new PC an couple of months ago. Here I am hoping it was worth it.

I wonder, could I run the game on high/ultra with these specs?

Windows 7 - 64 bit

Nvidia GTX 760

i7 processor

8 GB of memory

GTX760 is a little weak but it depends on what resolution you game on. For most games at least GTX770 for 1080p 60fps. Better yet, 970 the successor to 770. 970 is comparable to GTX780 and has at least 4GB of VRAM.

So relieved I have 16 gigs of RAM. That should compensate for the one  gig ATI 6970 card I have.  If I can run the game at medium settings I'll be happy.

That's....not how VRAM vs system RAM works.

Welp, I'm completely clueless when it comes to this, any ideas where I can look for a rig that runs these specs or better?

Can't remember which thread I mentioned, but I think you'd more likely run into issues running ultra at higher-than-common resolutions per se, like at 1440. With 2gb vs 3 (or 4) that is.

Thanks. I still run a 1280 so maybe no big then.

That is beautiful... I'm saving the hell out of that for my less techy friends who ask me for hardware suggestions from time to time.

The move from 24" to 30" is akin to your first experience with boobies.

So you're not sure how to react, and you need prompting to do it right?

Processor: 1.7 GHz Intel Core i5

RAM: 8 GB DDR3L SDRAM
Hard Drive: 1000 GB SATA
Graphics Coprocessor: NVIDIA GeForce 840M
Graphics Card Ram: Size 2000 MB

It is a laptop... I thought it would be a problem. >_>

Fortunately I'm getting a PS4 soon.

Actually, I think that should be able to handle it. At least on low settings.

Edit: I see I'm far behind in the thread :P

Does not compute. There are no HD 7870/R9 270 with 3GB VRAM and the GTX 660 only comes with 3GB VRAM in aftermarket SKUs with the standard GTX 660 having the same 2GB VRAM as the HD 7870 and the R9 270.

So either those listed GPUs do not meet the recommended specs except for GTX 660 3GB VRAM SKUs, or the recommended 3GB VRAM is BS.

Which one is it?

The 3gb likely refers to total memory available to the video card, as opposed to actual, dedicated VRAM installed on the card itself.

E.g. my card has 1gb dedicated VRAM, but total available memory it has is 4gb.

That said, running above the dedicated VRAM limit would probably cause some data swapping and slow downs, so one may be better off dropping texture resolutions to medium setting or something along these lines, to reduce memory use.

Which country are you buying in, what's your budget, and are you willing to assemble it yourself or know someone who will do it for pizza and beer?

RAM is pretty cheap. You can get a 4GB stick for about $ 40-50.

Eh, even if it's 50 dollars/euros, I'd rather save them. I'll see how it runs and then see.
