But will we have some of those in advance ? For exemple the Terevelyan Inquisitor is a noble who was raised to become a chantry person or a templar, they should already have had expensive lessons on history and the chantry, like the HN Warden was shown to have in Origins. And obviously a mage would know about the arcane, especially an elven mage since they're a First, learning arcane knowledge is their function in the clan

Nope we will not have perk unlock dialogues in advance but there will be race specific dialogues in the game that reflect their background.

The Perk Unlocked Dialogues are more like Advanced Dialogues which allow the Inquisitor to go deeper into the knowledge of the certain topic they may or may not already know.

For example, a Mage has knowledge of Magic and Demons but their knowledge is only at a Standard level of Knowledge (High School level). With Arcane Knowledge they train themselves to have access to a more Advanced level Kowledge (College level).

Think of these Perks as College level training. Ya I know not a good way to describe this but so far the best way for me.

I'd say it depends on how detiled and esoteric the knowledge you'll have in dialogue is. if it's whether a Duke related to the ruling king outranks a countess, than yes, the noble should know.
If it's the leading conspirator in a failed plan to assassinate the Duke of Montfert in the Blessed Age, than I doubt they'd know.

Ya of course but I mean, the description says "knowledge about the history of thedas and the chantry" which are things I would expect a noble who was raised to joined the chantry would know. And a mage not knowing about the arcane would be retarded unless it's really obscure knowledge. For all we know (or at least for all I know) the mage specific dialogue could be the same as that perk's specific dialogue. If you're a mage you already know because you studied it, and if you're a warrior or rogue you can read up about it later. This would be balanced out by other race or classes already knowing other things that the mage does not

Instead of "you don't know how the thing you use to fight works"

I'm agreeing, I just think we have to know how obscure the knowledge is. I don't want to play a mage that doesn't know what the Fade is, but I don't want to be obligated to play one that knows that the modern fireball spell was originally conceived by Enchanter Marius 'Tinderbox' Sylvanis, an elven mage from the Starkhaven Circle.

So yeah, it's a cautious interest.

The Human background says he was raised to join the Chantry but it does not mention how the Human Warrior/Rogue handled his or her studies.

For example, a Human Warrior/Rogue may start out with a Decent level of understand about the Chantry that the other race will not have. However, the high advanced knowledge is unlocked through the Perk Unlock as the Inquisitors way to advance his or her knowledge to a level that would normally be only a Chantry Priest will have of the Chantry.

Another example is the Mage, the Mage Knowledge of Magic and Demons may start out higher than the Warrior and Rogue allowing them to have access to dialogues unique only to Mages. Their level of understanding is the same level of a normal mage but with obtaining Arcane Knowledge the Human Mage can advance their knowledge about Magic and Demons to the level that would normally only be for First Enchanter or a Keeper.

From what we've seen of First Enchanters they're not really impressive, I expect a PC-caliber mage to be better
