Confirmed: #DAI resolution is 1080p on PS4, and 900p on Xbox One. We maximized the current potential of each platform.

Sounds good. The issue isn't there is a massive difference between 1080p and 900p, it's that each platform should pushed and their max potentials utilized. If a certain hardware spec can do a little more, developers should take advantage of that.
Regardless, it'll look great on both platforms. Getting it for the PS4 myself

As I've said before I've got a Xbox One I've been happy with the games I've played on it so far can see no problem this these specs.
Glad that PS4 brigade have been appeased. Can't see why they should limit one console because of the other.
Getting it for the PC myself so this is excellent news. If they aren't going for some silly idea of parity between consoles then PC max specs (after Black Friday though, too expensive now lol) will blow away both consoles!!!!!!
Plus if I want to pick up DAI on my PS4 to play with friends I can do that and still enjoy 1080

Agreed. I'll rock the PS4 but even for 360 I'd be confident in the visuals. For me it's about the jump in graphics from DA2 to DAI as opposed to maximum platform potential. IMO, DA2 looked great on 360 and DAI looks better so it's all good from a relativity perspective.
