I remember on my original mage I created a month or so ago, Cone of Cold had a tiny 1 second "charge up" sort of motion (waving hands in the air). Just recently I created another mage and used the same spell, and it immediately cast when I used it, no waiting at all. When did this happen? Or am I just imagining things?

My guess: imagination
