Do you like the idea of playing the Mass Effect trilogy all over again but with updated graphics/textures, higher fps & maybe a few tweaks here & there?.

Or you're fine with the trilogy as it is?

1st poll: means the game will get updated graphics & textures with all the DLCs + Bioware could improve/polish/refine some elements & mechanics across all three games.

2nd poll: means the game will get updated graphics & textures with only the major  DLCs + Bioware will improve/polish/refine some elements & mechanics across all three games.

P.S. I can't define what kind of tweaks MEs should get because it's a personal viewpoint. For example: some players didn't like the movement of Shepard, while others want the RNG store in the multiplayer to be changed a bit...

Yes. The trilogy really needs remastering. Specially the animation.

I'm not sure on the first question to be honest.

As to the 2nd poll question hell no.........That much money on a game with none of the DLC's which are like OLD....... All that should be in the package....

As it stands I am not a fan of DLC as it is merely exploiting the players for cash..

I don't need improvements exactly.. although that'd be cool. I just wouldn't mind it being on a new platform. I'd buy it.

Apparently EA no longer owns the licenses for the Unreal Engine.

Could it have anything to do with the new unreal release? I noticed the unreal engine 4 is subscription based,

They can't even re-release their own games without re-licensing Unreal? That's weird.

If they did anything With the original trilogy it would be interesting to see them move it over to the Frostbite Engine.   Though in truth that would take a lot more work than a simple remastering.

I'd settle for a remastered ME1.

It's not going to be a problem (I think), because Unreal 4 is now subscription based service, so if BioWare wants their remastered version to be created in Unreal 4, they could just subscribe to the engine.

Or they could use the Frostbite 3 engine but I'm not sure if that is possible though .

Even if its just a 1080p 60fps port for next gen, I want it. It's the only reason I miss my 360 :'(

I'm sure that will be a priority on their list of improvements.

I'd rather see Knights of the Old Republic get remastered first.

There's nothing worth remastering there. Better to just build it again from the ground up.

The price range is just an estimation, BW could surprise us with 40$ deal

Can we just move on, please?

The remaster trend is getting pretty tiring, especially when they're just chucking a new layer of paint and calling it a day.

Do you know how many polls there were about this? In the appropriate forum section?

Sort of.

But not now.

Wouldn't do good for business.

BioWare should wait a few years for nostalgia to set in.

In 2020 we'll all be like "remember, ME3? Yeah, that was a pretty cool game. Wish it could be remastered." Though that's a hypothetical impossibility. ME3 will be etched into our pain receptors for the next 20,000 years. But I guess it could kinda work.
