Do you know how many polls there were about this? In the appropriate forum section?

Probably none. Unless its been changed this is the only part of the forum that allows polls.

I'd rather see Knights of the Old Republic get remastered first.

Remake.

The reason I created this topic here is to attach a poll.

Well I answered "not sure" to the first poll question...

Thanks.

Can we just move on, please?

The remaster trend is getting pretty tiring, especially when they're just chucking a new layer of paint and calling it a day.

You'll learn to love it.

Is it a good idea? It'd sell at least moderately. Would I buy it? Probably not. Already finished the game with at least 6 playthroughs each.

Unless they add major changes outside of a fresh engine's coat of paint, there isn't really any replay value for me. I love Mass Effect, but my time's elsewhere now.

I don't really see any reason to re-buy games I already own, no.

The old forum had those discussions and polls galore.

And if I'm not mistaken, there's one frequented topic in the ME3 general discussion section that's talking about it too. The topic has been covered a multitude of times already.

It could be 60$ or maybe 40$, who knows.

I'm giving it one last push.  ^_^

There is a big difference between a remastered & non remastered game (at least for me).

Normally I'd be all for it, except I ME3 tainted my ME experience enough that I've never touched a game in the series since. Never even replayed ME3. It's the first Bioware game ever to have that honour (well, except for that weird sonic game I didn't touch and MDK).

The Last of Us, as an example, feels like an appealing remastering to own again, for me at least, mainly due to the immense isntall size of it and its DLC which won't be able to fit on my PS3. I think that will count for Tomb Raider as well. In general though, I feel like I need a bit more from remastered make-overs nowadays. Capcom and Konami have proven that remastered renditions can go side ways, quite horribly, by adding more issues in terms of frame-rate and everything, ultimately making the game look even worse than it did before.. or in Capcom's case. Not really changed at all.

If it was like how Square has been doing with Kingdom Hearts, adding in more content that previously wasn't available to the rest of us then it'd be a definite purchase. Lately, HD renditions I've been spending money on have mostly been of games I haven't even played before so that's something. There are some games old and classic enough for me to consider re-buying again though. That's not so strange.

If the graphics are greatly improved and if the ending is completely overhauled, then yes.

Yes. The trilogy really needs remastering. Specially the animation.

Can you explain more on the animation?.

Thanks for the reply :)

No. We need ME4. And let us hope they change their writers, or the writers change themselves. I said this countless times, but I don't think it's enough.

TURIANS AREN'T HUMANS. THEY SHOULDN'T SAY ''ASS''. STOP MAKING ALIENS FEEL LIKE HUMANS WITH FANCY DISGUISES.

Thank you for your attention.

The Animation could use some help in mass effect in general. Plenty of scenes were so poorly animated. For example, When you meet the council in ME2, You can see some squdmates suddenly getting so further apart then they got so quickly close to Anderson. LOLed so hard at that scene. :D
