Im not familiar with the technology of the xbox one but, i have my dragon age origins and dragon age 2 saves on my 360 hard drive, will there be a way to transfer that to the xbox one for inquisition, and how?

Yep, there is a way. It's not exactly importing, though. Dragon Age Keep. There's a sticky thread in Scuttlebutt that talks all about it.

no save importing. Make a worldstate in the keep and export it to the game.

Why can't they just read your characters from your bioware profile then, sucks we have to create it completely from scratch...

Once they get it working it will. The Keep will read your warden/hawke and get the race,class and gender. Along with the character picture. It will also read achievements and such. But other than that you will have to recreate your world state.

Dragon Age: Origin story upload is in-accurate while Dragon Age 2 does not upload any story info at all.
