You know, I would settle for "elf walks into human inn, human buys from elven owned shop" and I may be forgetting an example or two but I don't think we have seen it happen and such normal ocurrences are much more indicative of a society's outlook than the rare loving human/elf couple here and there that never actually lasts.

Soris is a punk! If I were him and I found out that my wife was captured by those monsters I would not rest and hunt them down even if it kills me to do it to save my woman, I'm not going to abandon her over a human! He is an embarrassment of elves of abandoning his wife and he as a man should love and protect his woman! But he want to turn his back on her and leave her to her fate by marrying to a human. What nerve!

They are character companions, unavoidably brougt together by the PC, I wouldn't count them myself.

 

But certainly, Isabela has had elves as part of her crew. But she has also traded them and thrown a whole shipment into the sea in chains.

 

I'm pretty sure she did no such thing.  The only shipment of slaves she is recorded as taking, she just let go, which is what put her in debt to Castilion.

The video is a way of saying that I'm amused by people who ridiculed me and I put the video as a way of saying that this slandering me made me laugh and that's not me avoiding arguments. But seriously it doesn't change the fact that humans hate elves and they will always be hated simply because they're elves. And just because an elf is with a human doesn't mean that it's going to end racism and promote peace just because they got together, it's never going to solve the problem nor fix the problem and I still believe separation between races is the best solution for peace if there is still conflict of that sickness that humans inflicted upon the elves continue then separation is the best solution. That is the only solution that is adequate of peace is to leave each other alone to avoid racial conflicts and wars.

That's why I turned her in to the Arishok to pay for her crimes and her selfish wants. I wish I could see her punished on the game for selling slaves and she has the nerve to say I moved on. Screw her.

I respectfully disagree and the thing is is that if you love someone and have a relationship that person has to be your equal not the other way around. Celene is an Empress and Briala is nothing but a maid and she manipulated Briala to run errands and calling her a "rabbit" and not calling her name that's a sign of disrespect and disregard of a person. That is not love but domination and using a person as an object (yes Briala is nothing but a fling), Celene lusted after her it doesn't mean that she loved her because she slept with her. That's what rubbed me the wrong way of this "IR/love conquers all bullshit" it's all a lie. There is a sickness behind it and people refuse to acknowledge it

Not only that, but the whole idea of a fling is defined by time as well as sentiment. a 10 year relationship is not a fling and the fact that they actively tell each other they love each other also defies that label.

It would be nice if you had the intellectual humility to admit your mistakes.

It would be nice if you didn't conflate subjective opinions with verifiable facts.

It would be nice if you were actually willing engage in a real discussion of your views and defend them yourself.

It would be nice if you didn't constantly flee from most counter-arguments to a position of 'That's, like, my opinion, man, and there's nothing you can do to change it.'

It would be nice to do without the irony of you blasting people for willful blindness when they're far more willing to discuss your arguments than you.

 

It would be nice, in other words, to have a poster who wasn't so intellectually timid.

Don't expect nothing from no one. Don't expect nothing from me it's up to a person to decide to change his/her ways. But I still believe Celene is an evil, manipulative, backstabbing person who needs to die for what she's done.
