I read somewhere that you DON'T have to do all the loyalty missions to do the suicide mission......
For example Jacob and Samara is not essential to do their loyalty missions in order to still succeed with the suicide mission.
So is this actually true? Can I do all this and leave some of the loyalty mission if I don't have time?

But short answer: Yes, you can complete the suicide mission without having everyone loyal.
