I have recently replayed origins and DA2 like I am sure most have and realized I missed something from Origins and that was the ability to switch from ranged to melee weapons on the fly. I have not seen a single video showing the ability to but it is a minor feature has anyone heard if it is in there and if not can we get a push for this?

Sorry, the devs have confirmed that we cannot switch weapons during combat.

It is not in and not very likely to be added this close before release. A weapon switch button is also less useful in a game which already doesn't allow for weapon switching/swapping during combat.
