I want to get rid of someone.I want him to die and him alone.

My ship is fully upgraded and all squad members are loyal

except for that person.The guy I want to kill is Grunt.

Please advise.

Escort won't work since he is loyal. Neither will bringing him to the final fight. Best option is to have him as 2nd fire team lead after meeting Chakwas. Be warned, however, if you kill Grunt then you need to leave Zaeed and Garrus behind to hold the line while Shepard and two squad mates fly off to fight the reaper baby.

They all dead.Non essentials.I did a couple more missions after

Collectors took the crew but in ME3 those useless peoples dont play any role anyway.

So I intentionally let them die.

Ken and Gabby don't play a role?!?! Kelly can get you your fish back. You can also romance her in ME3. She is also worth some war assets if she survives the Coup. Gabby is also worth a war asset. Chakwas is also worth a war asset if you send her to work with Hackett.

I didn't know Gabby can be an asset. Is it because Ken dies during the suicide mission and you can send her to Hackett?

Gabby produces a War Asset when you buy the E-Gel Thermal Pipe for Engineer Adams in ME3; she deduces the theoretical calculations that can help the Crucible engineers. It is worth only 5 War Assets or something. You cannot get those if you do not have Gabby.

 

Also, Gabby will die if wait the 1-3 missions after the crew abduction before going to the Suicide Mission, but Ken will survive. You can still recruit Ken in ME3. There is not much dialog change in ME3, but Adams does have a better opinion on Ken when that happens.

That's one thing I've never done in ME2, doing missions after the crew has been abducted. If I want to have the crew dead, I don't send an escort.

Well,  the escort is an all or nothing proposition. With the mission timer you can decide on whether just Gabby and Kelly die, or whether everyone dies. (I am not sure if Ken and Chakwas's fates are tied to each other, or if Chakwas has a longer timer than Ken.)

 

Edit: Ok, I just looked it up. Ken dies after 3 missions go by. Chakwas never dies.

I like Ken and Gabby as well as Kelly, Rupert Gardner and Chakwas. The only times I don't send an escort is when doing a specific playthrough. By the time the abduction happens, I have what I want to do the suicide mission
