I take it 'military' didn't come to mind then?
I thought everyone in the military had long flowing locks that billow in the wind, or was that just the impression I got from anime?

the hair is an area that could use some significant improvement in terms of textures, some characters hair looks pretty unnatural (see dorians facial hair)
Or the crime against fashion that is quanri "hair". But this is a totally different thing. Also, it's a sane complaint, so there's that.
I think you're generalising too much. Personally, I associate short hair on women with health care because many nurses keep their hair short because it can be a hygiene issue. If I followed your style of reason, Cassandra would have a 'nurse haircut' because "the trends speak for themselves". In short, it's meaningless to label a haircut as anything.
Or that they want that style because they like it. Or it's easy to handle hair for them. Or or or or or. So many or's.
Oh yes, please tell me how all women with short hair are feminists. I've got some female friends with cancer (who don't look sick, go go remission) that have lost all their hair thanks to chemo. It's growing out now, but their hair is very short and "butch," because they had no choice.
Plus, Miley Cirus is a feminist? I don't know what you are smoking, but it looks like the good stuff.

No, it doesn't mean every woman with a short butch hairstyle is a feminist, but the trends speak for themselves.
Sorry about your friends with cancer. One of my friends has breast cancer currently and I wouldn't wish it on anyone.
It should be in your Orientation Package from Feminist High Command, along with the complimentary flammable bra.
You forgot the blunt scissors. Always included in a standard Orientation Package.
I also think this, cullen and varrik look good, everyone else looks weird. Not hideous but weird. Obviously taking about the human characters here, elves and qunaris can look weird as much as they like.
Also this is the feedback part of the forums. The only ppl trolling are the ones saying "O THIS IS HAS BEEN SAID SO MANY TIMES", "O SHUT UP CAUSE YOU HAVE A DIFFERENT OPINION".
I don't understand how these ppl don't get warnings from mods.
To further drive my point home,
That's an interesting spelling of "daydream".
They all look fine to me, except for Sera...
Shots fired

Careful, buddy. I started off saying that and then it was just a slippery slope from there.
Don't forget Justin Bieber. She's another woman with a short hairstyle.
Please, can we avoid using 'woman' as an insult? It's old, tired, and rude as heck. Let's not perpetuate the idea that the worst thing you can call a man is 'a woman'.

O goody a special snowflake are we?
Please get more offended at someone else making fun of someone else and act like people care.
No, just someone who cares about the women in their life and how attitudes like this perpetuate negative societal attitudes toward them.
But if you want to equate "Dislikes using female-ness as an insult" to "Is a special snowflake" then sure, I'm a special snowflake.

"everything offends me so don't say anything"
Thats all I get from you.

I'm sensing you've had a lot of experience with people being offended by things you say. Otherwise, I'm not quite sure how my objecting to one thing implies I'm offended by everything.
Honestly, it was a polite request. I didn't get on the poster's case or insult them or demand that they shut up or change their behavior. I just asked if they could avoid this one thing. I don't feel like that's unreasonable.
Misgendering a man by calling him a woman is rude to him, and it implies that there's something insulting about being a woman (so it's rude to women too), and, as a trans person, it hits a personal nerve for me.
I know you don't understand why such a silly, simple-seeming thing can hurt someone, and I know it's probably a waste of time trying to get you to understand. I think no matter what I say, you'll probably believe that I'm only here to police your fun. I'm sorry if I'm unable to make my stance more understandable for you.
Personally, I'm not the biggest fan of the companion's appearance. The males look fine, except for Cole. If he is supposed to be a corpse why doesn't he look like Justice from Awakening? ![]()
I like Cassandra the most out of the female companions. Still wish she looked like she did in DA2, though. The other women... not so much. Something is very odd about them and I can't quite explain it...

If you are getting your little feelings hurt because of a forum on the internet, you need to get out in the real world more buddy.

Oh... I have a lot of experience in the real world. You're actually pretty nice/reasonable in comparison to some of the people I've interacted with there. That's why I can have a calm conversation with you and not resort to insults.
But anyway, it's clear to me now that you have no intention of trying to see something from another person's point of view, so I guess this is where I bow out of the conversation.
Have a good day. Hope whatever else is bothering you gets better.
