^^The only time I use DA mod manager is when configuring NBAIO (natural bodies all in one).

So any .Dazips go in the Override folder? I've got two folders for Dragon Age, one in Bioware and one in Origin Games, so which one do they go in?

No. Dazips don't 'go in a folder'. They need to be installed with either a mod manager (like DAO Modmanager or DAModder) or with the native daupdater.exe. (Pretty sure someone already said just that, up thread. *sigh*)

It just seems funny, all these nice people are trying to help and the questions are starting to border on idiotic. :o

I completely agree. I eventually gave up because all my attempts at helping were doing nothing but frustrating me to no end. Sigh.

Yep yep yep... I try to be helpful (here, and over at DA Nexus) but recently, I'm starting to think it's better for my blood pressure to ignore 99% of the questions, and leave people to figure things out for themselves. (Like I had to.)

Unfortunately I've reached my limit of helping.

I'm all about helping, but when the person doesn't seem to read/listen to instructions that have been repeated (multiple times) my helpfulness has reached its end.

Good Luck to you ZenMusic. Hope you figure it out eventually

All my mods are now working, and I know how to deal with the .dazip's now, but what about the XML files?

The xml files tell the game what mods are installed and enabled/disabled.. you don't do anything to them..

Unless you install hair/makeup/presets etc.. You have a chargenmorphcfg.xml in packages/core/override.

I would not suggest editing this yourself unless you know what you are doing..the game will not load if you make a mistake.

most of the hair/face mods have an included chargenmorphcfg.xml with all the items listed in it. DO NOT put this directly into override!! Make sure it is in a folder in override (with the hair/makeup) then run this mod to compile them into one.
