My concern is with the weapons, mainly the Archers, because in DAO Leliana always ran out of arrows. Even when I bought up every arrow and then found some invariably, way before the end of my game there were no arrows to be found.
Now that DAI is almost out - what are your fears/concerns about the game?

My concern is that Dorian will be like zevran and that when he flirts with me and I say males are not my type he'll hate me, I am not anti_homosexuals I am just saying that I hope they wont force dorian to flirt with you and that you'll be able to be he's friend.

no healing spells. I just cannot grasp that concept when all of DA has been based around the trinity and any game that has tried to break away from the trinity has went up in flames.

Worried about recycled environments like DA2 and Bioware attempting to cram so much stuff in that a lot of things that could have been awesome will just end up as meh. Also the DA version of the Crucible.

How did she run out of arrows when they were unlimited...unless you mean like Fire arrows or the like....

I am not concerned with the hairstyles. All of the characters look really well and the developers did a great job designing them. Personality is what concerns me. They just don't seem to be very interesting.

I'm most concerned about the crafting, the thought of making something and actually choosing what it looks like for once is so awesome to me that I'm terrified it will somehow be scrapped between now and launch. I've always hated how the best armor and weapons in games are typically hideous and this is the perfect solution.

DA2 had direct, as well. It was the only tone that gave me predictable results. The tones are apparently: (1) Diplomatic (not entirely sure about the name of this one) (2) Clever and (3) Direct, so if "direct" is not aggressive but rather matter-of-fact, you may have a fallback for when something is not a question.
Unfortunately, it counted as aggressive for the purposes of the dominant tone, so Hawke ended up acting like a lunatic quite a bit.

honestly there is one small thing that would acually sadden me.
i love bioware games and to be honest i still think they are some of the best stories in video games (even me3 and da2 not even a little dispointed)
so you could say my standards arn't that high
but for some reason Corpheus being the big bad? That would crush me, Listen he was a cool idea i enjoyed him in the dlc. But i dont like the idea of anyone i have out and out fought before being the last boss of DAI i could deal if Corpheus was second in command, heck could even deal with he did it but was being manipulated. He just cant be the big bad of the game and ill be happy but that acheivment list....
(kind of a hypocrit but acually would gladly take flemeth as last boss, best option is totally new person/thing)

My main concern is that in the rush to make games more streamlined, casual-friendly, and multiplayer-focused, Bioware will lose its way and its advantage. This is a trend that has worried me with ME3 spending so many resources on its frankly mediocre multiplayer, and with Bethesda's ruinous attempt at MMO with Elder Scrolls Online.
I worry that producers don't seem to see that there's still massive appetite for a distilled single-player, heavy roleplaying experience that requires time and investment to enjoy. That's why Skyrim did well, and frankly, that's what made the ME series a success. I know the pressure to simplify and dumb down, to make things similar to other successful games, is strong, but I hope that Bioware doesn't cede too much ground.
For example:
-Splitting the Elemental Magic school into fire, ice and lightning feels for all the world like an imitation of Skyrim's magic philosophy. Why do this? The DA universe's take on magic is one of the best parts of the franchise.
-Having a set limit for abilities: Not sure how this works, but I'm concerned that Bioware is attempting to shove us towards a Diablo-esque "loadout" system.
-Having equipment stats be expressed in percentages and fractions of percentages, e.g. "2.4% damage increase, 4.5% health regen". Again taken out of Diablo under the incorrect assumption that Diablo has the best loot system in the world (it's good, but it's good for that game, not for every game.) I lament the loss of Baldur's Gate equipment, which had beautiful pen and ink drawings accompanying essay-length descriptions of the item's history and properties. We've fallen hard since then, and in DA2 it was "Ring: +7 health."
Finding equipment should feel like a discovery, like TREASURE, not like a slow, steady, grinding accumulation of tiny incremental improvements.

- The combat seems harder than in DAO and DA2 and it was already hard enough in those.
- Lack of good qunari hairstyles makes doing good looking qunari character hard if not impossible.
- I'm worried that I mess up and get my companions/advisors killed/leave/hurt.
- Lack of approval meter makes it hard to know where I stand.. or I think it'll.
EDIT:
- Female walking and running animations will make me cringe too much and I can't get past them.
Those are just small concerns you're going to be ok.

While I generally loved playing Sarcastic!Hawke, there were some times when it would have been helpful to know wether a particular remark was going to be a harmless joke or a cutting insult. I worry that the "clever" responses are going to be the same way. Although, if we can see the full text before we actually choose it, that would help.
That's about what I can think of at the moment. Either way, I'm really hoping there'll be a demo so I can try it out and muck about so I can decide wether money spent on this will be money well spent or money wasted before I actually spend it.
Edit:
Oh yes I second this. F!Hawke's walking and running animations were almost insultingly slinky. What woman has swaying hips while running? I almost felt obligated to make her Isabela #2 just because of the way she moved. And her standing still pose wasn't much better.- Female walking and running animations will make me cringe too much and I can't get past them.
I also hope robes won't continue to look utterly boring and generic, especially on females.

I can understand that. It would ruin the game if you didn't like any of the companions.
That one is a matter of taste, I hope you end up liking some of them, at least.

1) Poor QA. Even DA:O for example had too many bugs, and then Bioware broke a core game mechanic with one of their patches (1.3).
2) An unfulfilling ending.
3) Consolification.
4) No more holstering for you!
5) Now you need ammo.
6) No more Healing.

None of these are huge issues, but they do add up...
Combat difficulty and no healing spells. These go hand in hand for me. My first playthrough of Origins, I was in the Deep Roads, ran out of potions, and could not continue, even on Casual. I had to do the console command that made my PC immortal just to get the hell out of there. Since then, I've gotten much better at preparing, specing characters, and balancing my party. But still, Dragon Age combat has been really hard for me at times, I don't need it to be more difficult than the first two.
Not being able to have both a bow and daggers. You aren't even able to equip different weapons during combat. This is a major letdown because I wanted one of my characters to be an Origins-style Dalish Rogue that did this all the time.
Lack of Qunari hairs, and hair for the other races. Don't get me wrong, the character creator looks amazing for the most part, but that just makes the lack of good hair and beard options stand out more.
Cutscenes. The trailers have all looked amazing. But the conversation they showed on the Twitch stream yesterday (10/13) with all of the advisors was... Well, the characters were very static, and the voice acting was awkward. It looked like a step back from the natural conversations that Bioware's had for years in Mass Effect. Hopefully this example will be an exception.
Graphics. I know, lots of people dislike when people criticize graphics, saying that it's not what makes the game good. But I was blown away by Inquisition's reveal trailer in 2013, and I had really high hopes for this game's visuals. The trailers continue to be impressive, but seeing more actual gameplay, it's just not as good as I thought it would be. Also, there are a lot of outfits that are just reused from Origins and 2, which I thought wouldn't be the case because of the new engine.

Things I fear:
1) BioWare is going to leave us hanging without answering much. They've built up some serious anticipation surrounding some of the characters and now they need to at least START answering some of those questions. It is the third game now!
Flemeth - Who and/or what is she?
Sandal - Who and or what is he?
What about the OGB?
Where is the Warden?
What is Hawke doing?
2) I'm worried they're going to bomb the cameo/s(? on if the Warden will or will not appear). I don't just want to see Hawke and have no interaction or if s/he shows up they don't stay true to the Hawke I created. For example, since Fenris was my LI and he never left my side when I fled Kirkwall he better still be by my side if Hawke makes an appearance (or they better have a seriously good reason why he's not there, like he's the one at home or in hiding watching my half elf partially lyrium infused baby, and not that he was simply out doing "something")!
I'm worried that if that if the Warden makes an appearance they'll bomb her too in a ridiculous way that doesn't make any sense or is completely ambiguous as to why/how she is there.
3) I hope that the Hero of Thedas isn't railroaded in some of the same ways the last two heroes have been. A prime example that comes to mind is why couldn't my Warden who became Queen get King Alistair to execute Anora? She was a traitorous viper that politically could only cause headaches and problems later. Sorry, not to be evil or anything, but politically speaking the human female noble who becomes Alistair's queen, if you walk that path, has every impetus to see Anora die, especially with what she pulls in the Landsmeet. Yet no such option exists. I'm hoping a more open world will allow for additional choices and options.
4) I'm worried, like I think most are, that with all the hype that this game is getting that it will seriously disappoint and not live up to expectations. Like that movie you see previews of and can't wait to see yet when it finally comes out you realize that all the best parts of the movie were the ones you saw in the previews and everything else about the movie just sucks.
