Same here, I think I attempted on a few occasions to Romance someone else, but it never worked. I just absolutely love Fenris too much.
Actually, for my first playthrough I went with Isabela, but after I tried choosing Fenris the next time, I decided he was a much cooler option, imo.

I don't think I ever attempted Isabela. I know I tried Sebastian once or twice but other than him and Fenris I didn't really like any of the others for a romance. Especially not Anders, I hated him.
I'll romance Cullen, Dorian, Cass, Iron Bull and maybe Josephine and Solas.
Sera, Jo and Cass, I'll try Cass but I have a high failure rate of finishing male PC's in these games.

Anders was interesting… I couldn't see him as someone to romance, after I knew what he'd done though. I killed him in a lot of playthroughs, but finally decided that I should let him live as he did save Bethany in the Deep Roads… and, you know, he had those funny bits about Ser Pounce-a-lot… that doesn't really make up for killing hundreds of innocent people, but I can appreciate a cat person

I adore her, but upon early impression, she seems too young in attitude for me. However, I'm not going to declare a "nomance" before the game comes out. Maybe Iron Bull would suit my first inquisitor's taste. Perhaps Blackwall, depending upon his sense of humor. So, I'll be happy to wait and get to know the LIs first, since I'm not sure what would mesh with a dwarven rogue.

There are only three characters in this vast universe I have disliked at all. Most I can say, you annoy me so I won't take you in my party. But Anders, Morrigan and Cullen are characters I really have disliked over the years. I'm not entirely sure I'll ever be able to see Cullen as a love interest, not after what he said about my female Mage play through in 1

I will do what I did in DA:O, romancing every possible options, which means at least 8 playthrough for me (Good bye social life... Wait, I don't have one, nvm). But Cassandra, Blackwall, Josie, and Sera are on the top of my list xD

I think I only ever truly disliked Zevran and Velanna. Although, Morrigan was kind of a jerk at times, too. I'm reserving further judgement on Vivienne, but I still can't shake the feeling we won't get along.

I think I'm in the same boat concerning Vivienne, however Cullen is already on my crap list and he's going to have to work hard to get off of it. (I have yet to play Awakenings all the way through....)

I'm gonna try playing two games simultaneously. One will be romancing Dorian and the other romancing Solas. Since I don't feel super great about playing a female character or doing a "straight" romance, I figure the only way I'll make it through the Solas romance playthrough is if I also have the Dorian one to switch to when I need a break. If only I wasn't so attached to the idea of romancing Solas. SIGH. Luckily, it seems the CC will allow me to make a pretty masculine 'female' elf, so I'm gonna try to headcanon them as trans/non-binary.
Eventually I'll do a playthrough with Iron Bull too, but probably none of the others. One straight playthrough is probably gonna be all i can handle. Hahaaaa....

First Inquisitor is dead set on Sera ever since that iconic tavern art.
I definitely will romance Iron Bull with my female Adaar mage. I can't wait to see that relationship unfold especially in relation to the fact that Qunari members of the Kossith subjugate their mages.
