I'm going to romance everyone at some point with different Inquisitor on a different run, but there can be only one for my main/canon Inquisitor. My main Inquisitor won't even flirt with other companion/npcs, so he is faithful to Josephine. ![]()

Who will you romance?

I can't say definitively who I'll romance without actually playing the game but from what I've seen I'll most likely romance Josephine as she seems the most compatible with my goody two shoes hero.
The only sticking point I really have with her is that she's not a party member. I'm not saying that her romance will be gimped because of that but there's something about fighting alongside your significant other on the battlefield that I like. Thus I'll probably be open to Cassandra to a degree but I can see my Inquisitor and her having significant differing views on matters that could sour any potential romancing.

First run. Cass
Second run. Sera or Cullen
Third run. Blackwall
Fourth run. Dorian.
The Sera and Cullen choice is tough for me because my second run is going to be a Elf Mage and i feel like the interactions with those two would both be perfect
I don't know which to choose.

The thread, the voice, and the latest screenshot won me over when I was trying to decide which playthrough I'd do first. =D So...
Dalish archer with Solas.
Human mage with Cullen.
Female Vashoth mage/rogue (depending on which I liked most from the previous playthroughs) with Iron Bull.
No interest in any of the others.

Simple answer is that everyone doesn't feel that way about him ^^
Well Yes I understand that not everyone feels that way about him, but I was heartbroken when he treated my FemMage Hero of Ferelden like poopoo on a stick after the circle incident. I will say he improved greatly DA2 but still was shifty with my Mage Femhawke. I can understand he went through some crap in the circle but that doesn't excuse all of his reactions in my opinion. He's on my crap list until I play through and see how he is in 3. I just don't know if I'll ever be able to see him as a LI for any of my characters.
And I was also wondering what other people thought of him, with his history from DA:O and DA:2 being a love interest and how they would go about romancing him.

Dorian for a qunari warrior
Sera for a dwarf rogue (or qunari mage)
Iron Bull will be first, but im not sure whether im gonna do a Sera or Dorian playthrough after that! I'll get round to all three playthroughs though.

Going to be hard to choose, but maybe Cullen first. He's nice looking, and has been through a ton of character development since his original appearance in Origins, and the dynamic of an elven mage will mirror my 'canon' origin which is the Lady Surana.
I have a bit of trepidation since he's not a companion but works with the Inquisitor in an advisory position, it may not be as good as I'm hoping. Not to say Bioware will do a sucky romance. I'm sure I will enjoy it regardless, but I just like my protagonist to travel with her love. Of course, because of his role in the game, Cullen won't be doing that. I will trust they will make up for his lack of field presence by doing some really nice work on the Skyhold dialogues. I wonder if the 'camps' the game will have will have ALL your companions, and advisors or just be a waystation for recharging? I'll have to see ![]()
Second run it will probably be Blackwall--or he may be first run if I don't find the Cullen one appeals. His character was one of the last ones announced as romanceable and even before it was released he would be an option, I hoped he would be the one.
Eventually, if I can figure out combat and have the steam for enough runs, I plan on the others depending on personality. Hard to say who will be next, but Dorian appeals. I think he and a male rogue inquisitor might have an interesting dynamic. Cassandra, Sera and Josephine all look interesting as well.
Probably last on my list may be Soris. Not to say he's unappealing or anything, just for now, I can't get much of a handle on him personality wise and I haven't been too happy with Dalish presentation in the game so far (thinking Zathrian). And because of the way Qunari have been presented in this game IronBull is also in that category as well.
As personality has more impact for me than appearance, I'll have to see who appeals before I can think beyond the initial 2, who were the ones I found most appealing just by appearance. Whoever I find most interesting as a couple will end up being who my Inquisitor gravitates towards.

Mmm....
Can't say for sure without playing first. Couldn't care less for Fenris before DA 2 came out - and he turned out as my favorite romance.
Eventually, I'll romance everybody. For the first playthrough I am equally torn between Cullen and Cassandra. Will probably flip a coin to decide to roll a male or female hero.
However, once the game starts - anything may happen. All romances look quite interesting, somebody else may catch my hero's fancy.)

In DAO Cullen was for me just angry man in the pink bubble. I started to like him in DA2 though. But he's not everyone's cup of tea ^^
I'll romance him as mage.. is there any other way?
I like some conflict so my mage is Pro-Circle but doesn't like templars and chantry much. What I have observed majority of players are going to romance him as mage too.
