I find Dorian the most good looking with Vivienne and Cullen. But I find Solas very attractive, and so BlackWall, and Cassandra have a wild beauty that remind me a more realistic Xena. I love her looks.

She really seem a strong warrior, she is much more interesting to me than in DA2, where she seem to me just a schizophrenic Barbie. I can't wait to create a male Inquisitor just to romance her.

 

I like all the characters looks, they seem really characters, and not just mannequins. They seems more real actors than 3D models.

I originally thought that Bioware did not make them (ie: Morrigan, Cassandra, Leliana, Josephine etc.) look pretty as well. I don't think any of the male companions are particularly handsome, in DAO, DAA, DA2 or DAI (with the possible exception of my Warden/Hawke, Sebastian and Carver of course). Including the Old companions and new companions from what I can see of them at this point. But after watching today's DAI Twitch Live Stream with ML & CL, I have changed my mind. Granted they have all aged 10+ years since DAO, I don't believe they will look as bad as we feared, and possibly we may even be pleasantly surprised.

After reading the thread, I think some people might be confused about whether we're talking about "tech ugly" or "design ugly". Just saying you might want to clarify.

What I mean is it seems like some people are saying they don't like the new engine and others are saying they don't like the character designs, then they're arguing like it's the same thing. Or maybe I'm reading it wrong, just trying to help.
