Yo're forgetting turian passives and the TGI's ridiculous AR cloak bonus. AIU has snap freeze, sure, but she is losing out on a lot of damage to TGI unless using shotgun.
I don't know why Carrier is even being discussed. It is clearly bugged and broken, so comparisons with legitimate weapons are meaningless.

I usually topscore with my TGI Harrier when I do UUB. 1v1 me Gladiatorium.

Well, you can definitely handle a Saber well then... Getting only 10 headshots with a TGI against Collectors is notoriously very hard. And totally worthy of the title of marksman

 

To be fair, going for headshots is a bit of a waste of time on a TGI with Saber on Gold. After Overload it's a bodyshot OHK on pretty much everything that isn't a boss.

I don't believe you. FTFTL knows the specifics of every single game he's played. He's even given you the specific time. I'll go with his recollection of the game thanks.

 

He probably has a database for all his games including statistics on how much he outscored everyone else and charts correlating score to e-peen growth.

It's bugged to where it recieves hard cover stability bonuses while you aren't in cover. Specifically, the values are reversed( use it on a non turian with no stability mod and try to hit anything while in hard cover) Also, the description states it is supposed to do less damage than the mattock per shot, while in reality it does quite a bit more.
