So after seeing the PS4 character customization and gameplay video, I'm just still flabbergasted about the fact that female dwarves could have facial hair. (Though it looks like they're 5 o'clock shadows) Though I quickly accepted the thought being that you guys want to connect with that Tolkien's Lord of the Rings lore feel on dwarves and that this game is a fantasy world that is set in a medieval period, since women probably didn't shave that much at the time to begin with. Good job with this added bonus to character customization.
Now moving on.
Questions to ask being about female dwarves with facial hair is this:
If we let Branka lived in DA:O, would we get to see facial hair on her? I presume that since she's a smith working type of dwarf, has to be very dirty, have no time to be clean about it, and is very busy making golums and all.
Is their a posibility that Felsi (Oghren's love interest) may have facial hair as well?
Will all female dwarves have this feature in the game? Will it only be to female dwarves in Orzammar and not surface dwarves? Vice versa?
Moving from Female Dwarves.
To the elves, will male elves get at lease a 5 o'clock shadow if you can't give them beards? What about mustaches? Can they have them?
In facial hair in general.
In the video you guys said that braids on the beards can be resized in customization. It that only to the dwarven males? Can we have that same feature on human males as well? Do the male qunari males have facial hair? Can we extend the length of a beard (i.e a beard like Blackwall's to long as say... pass the neck?)
Can we resize a mustache? Like make it thicker or curlier at the ends?
Will we ever get over the character customization menu after having so many options about how we can make our inqusitior look like!?
Seriously though, thank you Bioware for adding the color wheel into the customization, since this will make the experience much better.
O.K I'm done saying enough questions for now.
