[Celtic Latino]

Seeing the Skyhold interview, it's been said that there may be a choice where you can place someone as a court jester, presumably as a punishment. 

 

While it most certainly CAN be some random NPC, I can just picture several previous companions having to be relegated to the role of the court clown.

 

Alistair- Especially a drunken, exiled Alistair. He's goofy enough to fit the role sober, but it would be rather hilarious for a drunken Alistair to stumble into the court dressed as a harlequin. Morrigan's reaction would be absolutely priceless to see.

 

Anders- A pro-Templar Inquisitor forcing a spared Anders to be the entertainer. Just picturing him as a gloomy clown who goes on about the plight of mages at some noble kid's birthday party. Occasionally goes into happy modes where he does magic tricks. Beware those who enter the room though.

 

Anders- "I have made this hall a place of FUN and CELEBRATION! By what right do you threaten it?". *breaks down and cries soon after*

 

Fenris- A miserable elven jester sold by Danarius. Could imagine him being a hilarious killjoy, clown nose and all. Perfect voice for it too.

 

Isabela- I can see her getting caught somehow and the Inquisitor ruling her new job. Makes bawdy jokes and comments that have nobles gasping and covering their kids ears. Hilarity ensues.

 

Morrigan- The least likely, but a huge price for some drastic treasonous act. Alistair would be jumping for joy with this one.

 

Kid- "Can I have a balloon animal?"

Morrigan- "Certainly not!"

Inquisitor- "Morrigan!"

Morrigan- "*sighs* Fine. Here is a balloon toad. *hands it to the kid* Do what you wish with it. I care not." 

Alistair- "I want a balloon animal!"

Morrigan- "No!"

Inquisitor- "*Green light glows in hand*"

Morrigan- "*sighs and makes balloon elephant*"

Alistair- "Yay! *holds balloon to nose* Look at me! I'm Morrigan and my nose looks like Flemeth's! La la la!"

Morrigan- "I hate my life!"

 

What about you guys? If you could make any NPC/Companion the Skyhold Jester, who would it be?

Kid 1- "Can you do a magic trick?"

Sten- "No."

Kid 2- "How about balloon animals?"

Sten- "No." 

Kid 3- "How about juggling?"

Sten- "Parsharra, no!"

Kid 4- "Aw, what kind of jester are you then?"

Sten- "The kind that finds these incessant requests to be futile."

(Kids 1-4 walk away)

 

Kid 5 (walks up)- "You look really sad Mister Clown. Have a cookie!"

Sten- "*takes cookie* Not all is lost. Thank you kadan. *hands kid balloon animal*"

It is supposed to be a character you really want to execute in the game, but has a great deal of potential aide for you if you keep them alive as I understand it.
