Problems with Frostbite 3 early on have been dealt with and does play nicer with SLI. You shouldn't have issues as long as you have current drivers.

Different version of an operating system dont matter
Why does the operating system need to be 64 bit to utilize more than 4Gig ram btw? What exactly does 32 vs 64 bit operating system do?
If its possible to explain that in layman terms...
32 bit integer can only reference 4 billion (i.e 4GB) however the system uses .5 of that gb for all the hardware so 32 bit systems give you 3.5
