I would be fine if rogues could dual wield swords, but they can only use daggers to people arguing that two swords are impractical so are two freakin daggers! Why would any person go to war with to little baby weapons! That is crazy. I mostly hate sword and board, two handed, Magic, and ranged. So all i had was seriously my dual wielding warrior and they took that away so im trying to get it reinstalled.
DAI Where is the Dual-Wield Warrior!?!?!?

The thing is, many rpgs don't really go that far when it comes to weapons and styles of fighting.
You almost never have:
Spears (One of the longest and most important styles of fighting)
Fencer style fighting (IE rapiers)
Cloak and dagger/sword (using a cloak in your off hand, masking strikes and binding your opponents weapon)
Pole weapons (IE Pollaxe, Pikes, Halbred, etc)
Sword and Buckler (one of my personal favorites, very useful for offensive styles rather then usual defense like the larger shields that you find in most rpgs).
Sword and parrying dagger
Flails
Morningstar (these are NOT maces, like most people confuse them with. Maces were blunt, morningstars had spikes to them).
There's just so many more that rpgs could draw from for different classes/styles of fighting.
