Dalish Male Archer (Tempest?)
My first characters in rpg-games are always archers. I have an obsession (since childhood). It's called Robin in a hood.

Warrior: a 2H reaver and a S&B templar
Rogue: dagger assassin and bow artificer
Mage: kind of undecided. I'll let my first playthroughs work it out, but If I had to decide now, I'm going with whichever spec gives me fist of the maker (I abused the HELL out of it in DA2, and damned if I'm not doing that again
), unless necro seems like a ton of fun. I'm not too fond of melee mages (bring on the hate!).

Templar for my human male. Reaver for my qunari female.

Male Elf Warrior, Champion
Female Elf Mage, Knight Enchanter
Female Human Rogue, Assassin.
Oddly enough, it seems that my human females in Dragon Age games always end up having the assassin specialization.

I hope I'll be able to build an offensive s&b warrior with reaver spec. Obviously dwarf because of the racial bonus.

I've gone Rogue in my first play throughs for DA:O and DA2, but kinda fancy a mage this time.
First playthrough - Human Necromancer, although Rift Mage sounds cool too...
Followed by, Elf duel blade Tempest or Assassin
Lastly, Quanira 2-handed Reaver, although might go with Templar depending on how many enemy mages there are in the game.
Quick question - which class is usually best for a Nightmare run? Haven't done full Nightmare run before.

I'm loving the look of the rift mage, really looking forward to seeing what I can with it.

My first and probably 'canon'. She doesn't trust magic much at all, that's why she wants to learn Templar talents, so she can fight Mages on more even footing when she has to.
Elsa Trevelyan-Female Winter(That is what the ice tree is called right?) Rift Mage
Yeah, she's basically Elsa from Frozen, why not?
Vendron Lavellan-Male ? Necromancer
He's my 'dark sorcerer' fantasy, power hungry and willing to resort to all manner of depravity.

Wow, a lot of people seem to have names already ![]()
Anyways, so far my plan looks a bit like this:
1st playthrough: Human male Tempest (dual wield)
2nd playthrough: Dwarf male Reaver (twohanders)
3rd playthrough: Elven female Necromancer
4th playthrough: Qunari female Champion (sword & board)
After that various other combinations will undoubtedly follow, but these are the ones I definitely want to play.

I will make a human rift or necro mage as my firts PC. In all Da my first character is a mage, maybe and the second or third.

Male Elf Warrior, Champion
Female Elf Mage, Knight Enchanter
Female Human Rogue, Assassin.
Oddly enough, it seems that my human females in Dragon Age games always end up having the assassin specialization.
You are creating Deadly Women. Double cross them and you will end up dead.

Knight enchanter looks interesting, but because it seems to be Circle based I will choose rift mage or necromancer for my Dalish, just for role playing purposes. Leaning little bit more towards necromancer at the moment.

First play through would be a human female Knight Enchanter.
Then all other Specialization with females only.
No males for me at all.

I was going to go Artificer, but having had a glance at it via Varric, I'm leaning more towards Assassin or Tempest. Still majorly undecided, though. If I did mage I'd probably go KE, because.. it's KE.

Each in turn, although that may take a while! See me later for how that worked out.
