What kind of affects on the story and interactions between you and characters will occur with certain specializations? (Warrior has Champion, Reaver, or Templar; Rogue has Assassin, Artificer, or Tempest; Mage has Knight Enchanter, Rift Mage, or Necromancer)

Champion: I think being a champion would probably have us be treated as a natural and symbolic leader. Im thinking something like Commander Shepard, where people see as the ultimate hero and we were born to do this.

Reaver: Maybe we would be seen as a very brutal type person? Like a Black Knight kinda vibe; sort of a dark hero?

Templar: Seen as a Holy Warrior probably? Probably would get more interactions with mages and templars.

Assassin: No idea? We could be seen as just a ruthless and deadly killer?

Tempest: No clue?

Knight Enchanter: No clue? More interactions with the Circle?

Rift Mage: Maybe seen as a very chaotic mage?

Necromancer: Probably seen with a bit stigma or seen as a bit odd. I mean, some people are bund to be a bit unnerved with you summoning and commanding corpses.

Thoughts? Also, does any one think certain specializations will get unique interactions? (e.g. Mass Effect 3 Omega DLC had a unique situation where a Engineer Shepard could save everyone)

Is it confirmed they will have story implications?

I don't think Reavers are just brutal. They embrace pain. Feed off of it. Both others and their own pain.

I thought warrior Hawke's story could have coincided well with Reaver, for example.. they had so much bad stuff happen.. so a Reaver would have went a little crazy and started fueling off of it. Like the power "Aura of Pain" where you take Spirit damage, but you hit harder at the same time.

Dunno if it was confirmed . Would be nice though but I doubt it . Its more dialogues added . I think they probably just stick with Warrior= certain dialogues , Mage = certain dialogue , Rogue = certain dialogue . Or hopefuly make certain outcome special depand on what class you are ? like engineer in ME3 . After that one......replying the game , I could see what others class could had the same actions . Too bad it wasnt there from the beginning .

I'm sure circle mages will acknowledge a knight enchanter and either:

1) Fear him because they know how capable they are

2) Respect him for the same reason

seeing as how KE were basically described as the creme de la creme of circle mages. Like Vivienne.

I would be of the assertion that specializations will not play to significant reactions so much as simply your class in general. (Rogue, Warrior, Mage)

Obviously while Warriors tend to be closely associated as "Templars" it would potentially instill upon the masses that magic must be controlled, suppressed, supervised and if all else fails, euthanized.  For Mages, as directly the other end of the spectrum that began this war, it would potentially instill a sense of both fear and possible sympathy as the masses may begin to see fault in the structure that suppressed them so fiercely for so long.

Which brings me to why I personally love the Rogue: A class that inherently lands directly in the middle of the divide between  the warring factions of Mage / Templar (or nearly in the middle.) It is from this perspective, that everyone will immediately question (or should question) what caused this conflict to begin with, and that some arbitrary savior should come from the outside (since if either side could have gotten the upper hand and won or resolved this conflict, they why didn't they?) Potentially the rogue would / could instill a sense of fear that a new, unknown force could be coming in to sweep away the old order completely and thus leave everyone unprepared for what is to come; Or like the literal rogue classic archetype of "Robin Hood" a sort of folk hero who works outside the established rule but only to bring freedom back to a land that has, for too long, been divided in a way it never should have been.

In that regard then, with specializations like artificer, Assassin or Tempest, those are simply the tools or means by which the rogue achieves the end result; whatever that result may be. Though frightened at such change (as opposed to Mages or Warriors-Templars who would clearly only want things their way), they would perhaps become excited at the possibly that change is in fact needed, even if they do not know what to expect.

Knight Enchanters are Chantry soldiers. I doubt anyone's going to fear you because of that.
