A rogue with poison cloud, warrior nearby with that debuffing aura, maybe another Mage with an aoe attack? Bread and butter mob wipe it seems. Anyone else spot anything that looks like a good set of tactics or just really cool abilities?

Yeah I'm putting a lot of stock into Blizzard because it can freeze enemies solid it you have it cast long enough on them. I'm pretty much going for an all disabling/freezing,sleeping ect. build with as many character as I can make viable with. Anything that would keep the enemy from attacking me and doing damage to me. My rogues will rely a lot on poison effects so damage over time is also going to be a theme for my chars' builds. I don't know much about combos yet, but come launch I'll be prepared.

Blizzard and lightning cage would make a decent combo, blizzard freezes, cage keeps them under blizzards effects. Combos galore, especially with some of the warrior abilities that do extra damage to knocked down foes.Yeah I'm putting a lot of stock into Blizzard because it can freeze enemies solid it you have it cast long enough on them. Yeah and there's a rogue ability that does auto crit on sleeping or otherwise out of combat enemies.
Just not sure what abilities will be effective for the large enemies with immunities to that, etc giants and dragons.
There a respec potion for that. Problem solved.

I just meant I haven't seen any abilities that seem designed to have a superior affect on the larger enemies as opposed to the smaller humanish sized ones.Yeah and there's a rogue ability that does auto crit on sleeping or otherwise out of combat enemies.

My tactics, as possible to plan in advance will be as follows:
- mines and walls will feature heavily, to herd the enemy towards my warrior.
- Upon the herdlocation, my rogue will set up combos together with the mage
- The warrior will attract the enemies towards the herd location, and detonate all combos using 2-hander skills and reaver abilities.
