Watched these vids last night (well, first 2 so far).

Josephine:

After glancing through the rest of the thread, I seem to be alone in this, but I find that dress incredibly... frumpy.  However, it seems her diplomatic skills will be useful not just for War Table stuff, but also for keeping my merry band of misfits from killing each other.

Cass:

Chill.

Leliana:

That goes for you, too.

Cullen:

I've been preparing to hate his inclusion, but he did raise some valid points.  Rather than asking mages to experiment on my hand to make it more powerful, without any understanding of what it is or what will happen, the proven magic-disruption abilities of the templars may be a safer course for dealing with the breach.  But, Cullen, any Alriks in the group die.  Immediately.

Also Cullen:

If it any point the option is available in dialogue, my man-quisitors will demand that awesome fur-lined cloak.  Even if it would fit very badly.  You have been warned.  Stop pouting, I just stood up for you.

i dont care what anybody says, Cullen needs to be there on the basis of Greg Elis' voice alone. And the fact that he is handsome.. and blonde....

I dont understand why people think mages should be supported(from an its not fair to the mages perspective) at all costs when every single one has the potential to become an abomination, and all through da2 the mages you fight either are blood mages or possessed by demons.. Its not that i think mages should be persecuted left and right but they need some form of supervision , they need a "counter" just the fact that a templar order exists keeps mages from completely going hayware. Mages outside of the circle can still live but they have to be careful of how they use their magic, and not abuse it, a fear they wouldnt have if it werent for the templars. Too much of either side isnt good i think.

Thats from a rational perspective, there needs to be a templar order. From a personal, mage playing, misanthropic persons perspective? hehehehe.....

I think Lelianas transition is perfectly natural, she is a hardened, jaded and world-weary woman,  no longer a naive little girl babbling about shoes and the maker 24/7. She's finally realized the world aint no group hug

Josephine i really like, underneath that polished and innocent veneer is a cunning and shrewd woman.

Cassandra is just bleh, no social skills what so ever, and i find her constantly interrupting people extremely annoying. I dont understand why a woman has to be completely devoid of femininity and social grace to be "strong". I wear make up and look very cutesy and girly, but i dont put up with bs from anyone.

edit in regards to Cullen im pretty sure he left the templar order because he wasnt happy about their ideals, so where is this he is "kill all mages " stuff coming from?

I agree with you about Cullen. I'm not a fangirl of his but I don't think he warrants that much dislike. He's just trying to be cautious with magic. He experienced a traumatic event and so he's naturally going to be a bit wary of it. He did bring up a good point on the fade rift. Magic may cause adverse effects and using templars to weaken the magic may be a good idea. I usually play as a mage and I agree that magic isn't something that should be treated lightly in the DA world. But I don't think mages should be persecuted if they are innocent.  Yea, he doesn't come off as kill all mages or anti mage. I like to see it from multiple perspectives not just mages. Because I think it's good to listen to what everyone has to say without making a biased decision right away.

For some reason, seeing the changed Leliana made me sad. Thank god there's a way for her to become more merciful. Although I'm sure others dig the new Leliana, but each to their own.
